4Teachers  helps teachers integrate technology with 15 online tools and resources. Online games for students develop skills in math, languages arts, and more. In addition, professional development resources address equity, ELL, technology planning, and at-risk or special-needs students.

Tools include:

Teachers don’t have a lot of control over classroom size, wall color, furniture, flooring, or lighting. But Classroom Architect  can help teachers experiment with classroom layout before moving a chair. Set room dimensions and select and drag objects to the grid. Save the file to a cookie on your computer or print.

RubiStar provides a tutorial and templates for subject areas, products, and work skills. Teachers can register for free on the New User Form to save and edit rubrics online.

Using QuizStar, teachers can create, disseminate, grade, and view quiz results online. New Instructors can register for free. There are separate logins for teacher and student sites. FAQs address user questions.

Web Poster Wizard lets teachers create lessons, worksheets, or class pages and publish them online. Teachers can also set up classes and assign projects to students. Registration is free. Consult Getting Started and Helpful Notes for additional guidance.

Arcademic Skill Builders  is a collection of online games for students in grades 1-6. Skills in basic math, money, time, fractions, decimals, algebra, language arts, spelling, typing, and geography are covered. Games are organized by skill and grade level. Teachers can have a free 30-day trial. The trial will end automatically if no action is taken.
