Want to bring math skills to life? And help children develop sound saving and spending habits -- skills that will help them now, but especially in the future?

Then, you'll want to check out Feed the Pig for Tweens, a financial literacy program for grades 4-6. Made available by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ad Council.

Developed with input from the Teacher Advisory Board through the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, Feed the Pig for Tweens helps children learn about the urgency of saving while building important math skills in a fun and engaging way.

Teaching materials are free and available at the Feed the Pig for Tweens Web site
